Invention Submission Is A Very Catchy Phrase.
BEWARE!

Pardon My Texan but “a bunch of people with their hands out wanting my money and very
few wanting to do anything for it.” Does that sound familiar? It got so bad and cost so much that I gave up. Which was a bad
ideal involving a Great Idea. My Horror Story I had a great idea, the desire, and about
20k to try and make it happen. That would have been enough to get it all
rolling very well if it were not for bad advice from a friend of a friend,
(an invention submission company), who took me to the cleaners and left me
with no money and prototype that was not what I had invented. In all fairness the prototype was close
enough to demonstrate what the invention did but it could not be used in any
commercials or artwork up because it was to big to meet the necessary
tolerances I had originally specified for a good reason. Artwork; boy did that hit a sore spot. At
the advice of this company, I waited 3 months and spent several thousand
dollars to get an artist rendering of my invention with his idea’s thrown in.
It was very pretty but did not represent the idea any better than my original
drawings and delayed the project and sucked up valuable funds. Too quit beating a dead horse; after the
money was gone and I was sitting there looking at a prototype that was very
pretty and not even functional for me to use. I got busy. It has been an up hill battle, (mainly
because of the funds), but I meet some men that were willing to help and
through the experience have met the right people to get it done in a cost
efficient and timely manner. It is not a complicated process to patent
an idea. It starts out only costing you about $15.00 to protect you idea for
a year. If you know which Patent Attorney to use
a solid ‘Utility” patent will cost you between $3,500 and $5,000.00. Prototypes are important. It is one of
the questions on your initial paperwork but they are not mandatory. If you
can build a working prototype it makes the patent process it is easier to
make distinctions between the rest of the guys out there and you. First thing you need to do. Search The

Negotiations, Manufacturing, and Fulfillment are areas of expertise that we
can be of help in. Contracts are the most important thing
next to being financial sound. If you choose to talk to someone get
everything in writing up front. If they won’t give it to you then chances are
they are trying to keep you in the dark until they find out how much money
you have and how much of it they can get. BEWARE! They
are very smooth (silky) talkers who know exactly what you want to hear. And
say it with style as they pick your pocket. We do not mean to scare you off from your
endeavor but we do mean to arm you with enough information to make the process
a little less painful and a lot more profitable. We wish you the best and if
you find that you want to put GC Group to the test please do.
